8. Can be appointed on contract

1) If the committee has to implement a plan, it can appoint experts with the necessary knowledge and special experience on contract for a maximum period of one year.
(2) The work, duties and rights and remuneration and facilities of the employees appointed in the contract according to sub-section (1) shall be as mentioned in the contract.
